He stood for nothing, believed in nothing, and held even those close to him in contempt. The most important thing to Rudd was getting attention, any attention. He desperately wanted people to think he was intelligent, but under the rhetorical facade he deployed - the man was thick. Achieved nothing as PM, and then tossed out in disgrace. "Hollowman" indeed.
