You can’t remove the audience background laugh, but you can edit it a bit closer. I used a free audio file editor called Audacity (find it here: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ )
and chopped off the last few seconds. Much cleaner (although still not perfect).

The download link is broken. The URL is “http://www.lolrudd.com/content/laugh.mp3″. However, the laugh is less than ideal. I would love clean laugh without the audiences laughter over the top.
